MILAN, ITALY.- Christie's Italy ended a successful week of sales with market leadership across all categories and celebrated a full one-year auction season anniversary in its new Milan premises. "This week's three sales in Milan achieved a total of €23.3 million. In addition, Christie's ability to satisfy an increasing number of sophisticated international clientele is futher underlined by the success of Christie's LIVE™, which was enthusiastically welcomed in Italy by 133 registrants who purchased an approximate total of €540,000 online. Furthermore, circa 1800 international telephone bidders were connected to the Milan saleroom this week."
