Artists interested in entering the juried competition can request a prospectus by sending a postcard with name and mailing address to: Art About Agriculture, Oregon State University, 127 Strand Agriculture Hall, Corvallis, OR 97331-2213; or an e-mail message with name and mailing address to: shelley.curtis@oregonstate.edu.

Prospectus information also is available at http://agsci.oregonstate.edu/art/

The signed entry form and CD-ROM must be mailed with a postmark or hand delivered by Jan. 2. Notification of selection will be by Jan. 27.

The theme for Art About Agriculture 2009 is “Across the Pacific Northwest.”

The competition is open to all fine arts and traditional ceramics and textiles media. Artists living in Alaska, British Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington may apply. However, student artwork completed while enrolled in an educational curriculum is not accepted.
