NEW YORK, NY.- The Museum of Modern Art's Party in the Garden, a benefit event to be held on May 25, will honor Ronald and Jo Carole Lauder, in recognition of their philanthropic endeavors and contributions to the cultural community. Co-chairs for this year's event include Debra and Leon Black, Paula and James Crown, Agnes Gund, Mimi Haas, Jill and Peter Kraus, Jane Lauder, Ninah and Michael Lynne, and Aerin and Eric Zinterhofer. Honorary Co-Chairs are Marie-Josée Kravis and Jerry I. Speyer.

The after-party will be highlighted by a special musical performance by Karen O and Nick Zinner of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, with special guests.

The Party in the Garden benefits The Annual Fund of The Museum of Modern Art and the maintenance of The Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Sculpture Garden. The party also benefits the Museum's general operating fund, helping to make possible the Museum's educational programs and the care, study, and exhibition of its collection.

Individual tickets to the dinner begin at $1,000, with tables ranging from $25,000 to $100,000. Tickets to the After Party Performance from 9:00 p.m. to midnight are $100 in advance and $150 at the door. Tickets may be purchased by visiting www.moma.org/partyinthegarden2010, calling MoMA's Department of Special Programming and Events at 212/708-9680, or e-mailing specialevents@moma.org.
