Ecstatic abstractions in pure resin art by Andrea Dasha Reich on view in Miami
Andrea Dasha Reich, Sarasota, 2012. Layered epoxy resin and pure pigments on sintra, 54" x 48".
MIAMI, FL.- On view at the worlds largest fine art trade show Art Expo Miami + SOLO December 5- 9 2012, artist Andrea Dasha Reich will exhibit her large scale artworks made almost entirely of epoxy resins and pure pigments. Exhibition hours are 12noon- 8pm from Wednesday the 5th until Sunday the 9th, with an opening reception for invitation only on Tuesday the 4th from 6- 10pm.

Andrea Dasha Reich, born in Prague and schooled in Jerusalem at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design is an international contemporary abstract artist, residing in the U.S. She has been widely collected and recognized for her mastered works in resin.

Inspired by the organic shapes and planes of nature, Reich’s artworks are a woven interplay of rich color spectrums that explore the depth and intricacy of the abstract world we live in. With the use of epoxy resin as her main form of medium, along with her skillfully composed unique color combinations, her multi-layered artworks are full of depth and complexity while breathing with motion and fluidity.

In this exhibition Reich will show a variety of recent paintings in resin chosen from her most collected editions of artworks, along with a collection of pure resin art sculptures which are a new addition to her works. She will also offer full color, limited edition fine art prints.

Andrea Dasha Reich has shown her work in multiple solo exhibitions, which include the Etra Fine Art Gallery of Miami, FL; the Pismo Gallery of Aspen and Denver, CO; The Establishment Gallery, and Atmosphere Gallery of New York and multiple group shows including MASS MoCa, North Adams, MA; Zimmer Museum, Los Angeles; and State of the Arts Gallery in Sarasota that represents Reich locally.
