ST. IVES, UK.- Come and join in the Easter Holiday fun in the Art Shelter at Tate St Ives. Journeys are the theme, inspired by the current exhibition of Wilhelmina Barns-Graham and the paintings of an incredible glacier she explored whilst on holiday in Grindelwald, Switzerland.
Families will have the chance to create their own art-maps, based on journey made that really sticks in the mind…it could be a short one to school or a holiday across the world.
Then to help you enjoy your journey round the exhibition, why not pick up our Ice Pack Activity Trail, full of things to do and see and available for just £2 from the admission desk or the Art Shelter.
The Art Shelter is open from Easter Monday, 28 March to Friday 8 April, with three sessions running throughout the day: between 11 -12noon, 1 – 2pm and 3-4pm. Free with admission. All ages welcome but children must be accompanied by an adult.
