Calling Young Artists Inspired By the Natural World

LONDON, ENGLAND.- The Society of Wildlife Artists (SWLA) invites emerging artists (15 – 30 yrs old) who draw inspiration from the natural world to apply for SWLA bursaries. Awards of up to £1000 are available to enable young artists to develop their artistic skills through travel, education or mounting a special project.

To obtain more information about this fantastic opportunity, please send an A4 SAE marked ’SWLA Bursary’ to the Federation of British Artists, 17 Carlton House Terrace, London SW1Y 5BD, or download the information from www.swla.co.uk. Applications must be returned by 1st August 2007.

Successful artists will be required to submit two works resulting from their endeavors to the annual 2008 Society of Wildlife Artists exhibition at the Mall Galleries.
