Kroller-Muller Museum Presents Júlia Ventura

OTTERLO, NETHERLANDS.- The Kröller-Müller Museum presents Júlia Ventura, Marked Printed Exposed, through January 16, 2005. In partnership with the Museu de Arte Contemporanea de Serralves in Port the museum presents the work by Portuguese artist Júlia Ventura (b. 1952). The exhibition shows early black and white work, self-portraits, Full Moon Photos (self-portraits made with the moon as the sole light source) and paintings with large areas of color applied with the hands. For the first time both museums are mounting a comprehensive survey of the oeuvre as a complex whole.
